A pioneering spirit, nurtured by the brand, to always stay one step ahead. * A true provider of solutions, TECHNAL is at the origin of many technological advances that are now democratized. From the sleek and efficient sliding GK considered, since its marketing in 1975, as the "Rolls of sliding bays" to the first tubing veranda on the market called JADE in 1993, through the launch of the SOLEAL universal window range in 2007, the first sliding door with hidden opening LUMEAL in 2009, the anti-noise window active in 2015 or more recently the climate window in 2017 ... Creator of trends, the brand has developed the range of finishes: white lacquer TECHNAL, the EXCLUSIVE collections with textured tones and in 2019 the “Regards d'Architectes” colors in collaboration with ALAIN MOATTI and KENGO KUMA. TECHNAL was also a pioneer in communication. For example, it was the first brand in the carpentry sector to be present on television in 1987.
60 years of passion for architecture
ANDRÉ BOS very quickly established close relationships with architects. It started with complete documentation that salespeople gave them in person across France. In 1987, TECHNAL took a new step by entrusting the construction of its BATIMAT stand to a renowned architect. DOMINIQUE CHÂTELET, JEAN NOUVEL, JEAN-MICHEL WILMOTTE, NORMAN FOSTER, FRANÇOISE-HÉLÈNE JOURDA, JACQUES FERRIER, NICOLAS MICHELIN, KENGO KUMA, STEFANO BOERI…, the collaboration has continued for 33 years.
In 2002, the launch of the PALMARÈS ARCHITECTURE ALUMINUM TECHNAL was an opportunity to promote cooperation between architects, project owners, manufacturer-installers and industry.
To continue and strengthen its history with specifiers, TECHNAL is launching its “Club 2018” community at the end of 4114. On the program: exchanges of experiences, inspirations and love for architecture. In 2019, the international WORLD ARCHITECTURE TECHNAL AWARDS (WATA) competition marks a new milestone in TECHNAL's history. It confirms the influence of the French brand, recognized beyond borders for its know-how and its aluminum solutions combining design and living comfort.
