Seven operational actions for the benefit of the excellence of vocational training in public works professions
- Carrying out studies specific to public works: impact of ecological and digital transitions on skills, qualifications and vocational training needs.
- Promotion of trades and sourcing: promotion of public works professions and the training courses that lead to them, sourcing of young people wishing to train there through apprenticeship, through the operation "Boost Apprenticeship TP" of the CCCA-BTP.
- The innovation of training for public works professions: organization of calls for projects and applications dedicated to innovation in training, hackathons, webinars, participation in innovation events, of which the CCCA-BTP is a partner.
- Support for skills development actors: dedicated courses to support the increase in skills of trainers, applications dedicated to the training of apprentices, animation of professional communities, creation of resources and educational seminars, as well as professional development tools, advice to those involved in training.
- The development of professional certifications: support for the establishment and deployment of professional certifications (opportunity notes, management of the issuance of CQP, Open badges, RNCP registration, etc.)
- Support for the quality of training: examination of applications for the “Excellencies TP” label, created by the FNTP.
- The development of partnerships: development of partnerships involving all players in the vocational training ecosystem, in order to promote the quality of training.
