The CDI-FNAIM supports the AOCP and warns of the excesses of the certification system

Lack of homogeneity in the DHUP questionnaire at the time of the examination

The CDI-FNAIM board of directors and members include trainers and certification auditors in its ranks. Thus, some of the latter have observed that the DHUP questionnaire presents significant inconsistencies in the wording of the questions. The vocabulary used lacks homogeneity, thus causing confusion among candidates and directly affecting their performance during the tests. These disparities contribute to a high failure rate in the MCQ, a problem that must be quickly addressed to ensure a fair assessment of candidates.

Tutoring drifts

The CDI-FNAIM also wishes to point out worrying deviations in the area of ​​tutoring. The DHUP had initially reduced the number of sites to be checked from three to two in order to streamline the process, but this measure has been misused by certain practices. Tutoring, instead of taking place on the trainees' sites, is often reduced to a simple formality, with shortened durations, which is completely different from the spirit of support initially planned. Worse still, it sometimes turns into a price battle, to the detriment of the quality and training of diagnosticians.

Software Inconsistencies

Finally, the CDI-FNAIM also notes malfunctions and inconsistencies in the software used for certification. These tools, essential for the validation of skills, sometimes have shortcomings that disrupt the proper functioning of certification processes, leading to errors and delays.

For Yannick Ainouche: "In collaboration with the AOCP, the CDI-FNAIM is calling for urgent and concerted action to correct these deviations and inconsistencies, in order to guarantee, for diagnosticians, a fair, rigorous certification system adapted to the current challenges of the energy transition. And we remain of course available for any collaboration with the public authorities in order to participate in the improvement of this process which is essential for the future of our sector."
