The EX'IM group announces the acquisition of Avicéa and strengthens its public and tertiary market division

EX'IM, specialist in real estate diagnosis, asbestos tracking and air quality, announced on April 6 the acquisition of Avicéa, a reference agency in the tertiary sector and State services. The purpose of this takeover is to strengthen the “public & tertiary market” division of the EX'IM group, in its capacity for innovation and cutting-edge expertise concerning public buildings, “State services”, and “tertiary” professionals.

With nearly 70 certified technicians and 9 locations in Ile-de-France representing 9 million euros in turnover, EX'IM has become the leading operator in real estate diagnostics in the Paris region and once again demonstrates its dynamism while continuing to contribute to a sector undergoing rapid change and consolidation.

The announced operation is based on an acquisition in which Avicéa keeps its identity and its team.

Created in 2007 by Jean-Marc Moinard, former executive of the Shell group, Avicéa quickly became a reference in terms of diagnostics and audits, specializing in public and tertiary buildings. Over the years, the company has developed an internal process to deliver very high quality technical files to customers.
