EX'IM, specialist in real estate diagnosis, asbestos tracking and air quality, announced on April 6 the acquisition of Avicéa, a reference agency in the tertiary sector and State services. The purpose of this takeover is to strengthen the “public & tertiary market” division of the EX'IM group, in its capacity for innovation and cutting-edge expertise concerning public buildings, “State services”, and “tertiary” professionals.
