On January 4, 2023, after 27 months of work, the em2c Group delivered to Ginkgo Advisor the new WElink tertiary complex located Boulevard de l'Artillerie in Lyon 7 (69).
The tertiary building in R+3, develops 18.600 m² of floor space in the superstructure (+ 3.900 m² of parking in the basement) including 16.800 m² of offices, and 1.800 m² of collective spaces (company restaurant, sports hall, concierge…). The building offers 129 underground parking spaces.
The user ENEDIS took possession of the building to carry out its interior fittings. The building will soon accommodate the 1.400 employees of its IT Services Department and its IT and Telecom Operators. This new site will be the third in importance for ENEDIS.
The building is a candidate for BREEAM Very Good Level certification
Neighboring the Halle METRO Gerland (delivered by the em2c Group in 2022), WElink is part of the economic island of Canopéa (mixed activity/housing urban project) developed by Ginkgo and em2c.
