During the operation of the LITWIN tower, located in Puteaux on the banks of the Seine and the Pont de Neuilly, the Elysées Monceau Group implemented all the facets of its expertise.
When the main tenant left at the end of 2017, the renovation and upgrading to environmental standards of this 1st generation IGH tower, built in 1969, led to the obtaining of administrative authorizations, the legal and financial set-up of the project and then the marketing of the operation in VEFA.
Finally, the Elysées Monceau Group, accompanied by the company VALREAM as MOD, undertook the work to convert the asset. This complex operation to transform a high-rise office building into a hotel integrating several ERPs, carried out for the first time in France, required 3 years of major renovation work including asbestos removal and cleaning of the building, the raising of 2 levels, changing the facades and all the technical equipment.
The favorable opinion for the opening of the hotel to the public, obtained on February 24, 2022, now allows MAMA SHELTER to operate this emblematic 10.000m2 building with 211 rooms, 7 meeting rooms, 1 bar and 2 restaurants including 1 decorated with a roof-top overlooking all of Paris.
