These 24 years of existence have seen the TPE reinvent the Joinery, Blinds and Closures market to become the No. 1 French publisher with more than 27 million euros in turnover and nearly 250 employees divided between Brignais and Tarbes. And to think that everything was born from an idea of Franck COUTURIEUX, who when younger, wanted to find a solution by seeing his carpenter parents spend their evenings and weekends making their estimates!

While a system of profit-sharing bonuses, both generous and egalitarian, has already been in place in the company for more than 10 years, each employee will now be able to invest their bonuses in a Group shareholder FCPE and thus benefit from the tax advantages offered by the PEE. The share of capital held by employees will increase every year, as their participation is paid out.
