"We used to waste a lot of time: too many emails, Excel tables, download links ... not to mention the follow-up of reminders, waiting for responses from companies or analyzing offers", remembers Flavien Di Iorio, Technical Director, Annecy and Lyon, Groupe Edouard Denis.
Seven technical managers from his team are trained to take ownership of the AOS platform in a few hours. More than thirty calls for tenders have since been launched.
"With AOS, there is no longer any need to classify the various offers received because all companies find on the platform a complete DCE file as well as the framework contracts for referrals from our partners", continues Flavien Di Iorio.
A real gain in productivity and transparency in the analysis of offers. Everything is accessible and visible at a glance: the response of the partners, the conformity of the offers compared to the specifications, the highlighting of the prices (abnormally low or high compared to the ratios and offers of other competitors ).
Similar observation for Gweltaz Roudaut, Technical Director, Nantes and Rennes, Groupe Edouard Denis. “We shared an Excel spreadsheet with the project management teams. We were wasting precious time waiting for businesses to respond and relaunching them. Without counting the incomplete files or missing parts, the follow-up of the companies, the problems of contact details, the delay in the reception of the offers ”.
By digitizing its calls for tenders, the Edouard Denis Group has not only saved time in the management of its sites, but also in referencing.
“Thanks to AOS, we can now conclude a call for tenders in two months for the first batches, instead of three. Another advantage is that we consult four times more companies than before. 1 in 3 companies downloads the DCE. 15 to 20% of them make an offer. Finally, AOS has enabled us to develop our network of partners more quickly. In neighboring towns where we were absent such as Laval and Angers, 200 companies were consulted and now know us ”, enthuses Gweltaz Roudaut.
Since 2018, AOS has been digitizing calls for tenders for private real estate programs. To date, more than 450 prime contractors use it. The health context has boosted the demand from project owners and accelerated the digitization of their processes.
"Our ambition is to continue helping construction industry players to familiarize themselves with digital tools because they take up more and more space in their businesses and will allow them to stand out from the competition by being more agile and faster", welcomes Thomas Cassou, co-founder of AOS.
