30 years of entrepreneurial adventures
Since its creation by Eric Duval in 1994, the Duval Group has established itself as a major player in the real estate sector, thanks to a bold vision and a sustainable development strategy creating value in the territories. Thanks to a strong entrepreneurial culture, the Duval Group has rapidly developed, creating a human adventure, built on family values and a strong societal commitment.
Very early on, the Duval Group was able to diversify with major acquisitions in different sectors. In 2000, the group acquired Odalys, the European leader in tourist residences, then UGolf in 2009 and Bluegreen in 2022, making the group the leading player in golf in Europe. Also present in other activities, the Duval Group is also the leading French player in low-cost retail parks and invests in areas with a strong societal and local impact such as microfinance, insurance, food and renewable energies in France and internationally.
For Éric Duval, founding president of the group: "The sustainability of our family group is based on solid values and a long-term vision. Passing on the legacy to my children, Pauline Boucon Duval, currently CEO, and Louis Victor Duval, Deputy CEO, is a testament to our commitment to the future. Together, we will continue to build a strong and innovative group, true to our family values and ambitions."
Future ambitions of the group
With its 6.000 employees in 20 countries and a turnover of 1 billion euros, the Duval Group continues to look to the future with ambitious initiatives. Among its future projects, the group plans to strengthen its presence in Africa with major real estate projects, including the development of shopping centers and affordable housing, and is also creating new support activities around the energy transition. The group is also committed to a decarbonization trajectory, aligning its activities with current and future environmental issues.
These projects demonstrate the Duval Group's commitment to creating sustainable value and contributing to the economic development of the areas in which it operates.
