While RE2020 should finally enter into force on January 1, 2022 and regulate the energy consumption of new buildings much more strictly, it was urgent to consider that this only solved part of the problem, and that measures should also be taken. taken to promote access to aid for energy renovation for existing buildings. The initiatives carried out by the Climate and Resilience Act are in this sense saving because they should make it possible to considerably simplify the process for beneficiaries and to clarify access to energy renovation assistance systems, in particular by setting up a one-stop shop.
The creation of the role of “Renov support”, for which professional organizations were consulted this summer, is also a positive initiative to improve access to renovation and facilitate comprehensive and tailor-made care for various issues. faced by individuals in their efforts.
