Specialized in the consolidation and restructuring of structures, Sols et Fondations has developed for two years a new specialty of underpinning recovery: Compaxol, the injection of expansive resin.
This technique makes it possible to compact the foundation soil under existing foundations, to improve the characteristics and therefore the bearing capacity of the soil, to limit the deformation of the soil under foundation and to limit settlement of the structures or even to reduce the content of natural water from clay soils.
The process is based on an expanding resin injection which will, once in place, increase in volume and thereby improve the soil compaction phenomenon. This economical solution allows, above all, rapid and minimally invasive interventions for customers, mainly individuals whose homes have been damaged due to a bearing problem, with space-saving equipment and injections without damaging the structure.
The Compaxol process, which is based on existing patents, has just received approval from Socotec for its specifications.
