The Rairies Montrieux company dresses Le Delta: new head office in Podeliha

Delivered at the end of 2021, Le Delta, Podeliha's new head office, is located in the heart of the residential district of Angers station.

Podeliha is a social landlord and manager of 26.000 housing units located in 250 municipalities in the Pays de la Loire region. Its head office hosts all of Podeliha's activities in these new mixed-use premises (tertiary and collective).

The building was designed by the architectural firm Angevin Rolland & Associés.

The Rolland & Associés firm has worked in close collaboration with Rairies Montrieux, so that they best meet their expectations by offering them shapes and colors in accordance with their project.

They chose the Engobe terracotta slab, the Moucharabieh brick as well as the Hirondelle slab in order to highlight the facade. Indeed, it has, in a completely original way, been placed under the window sills. The surface of these plates, slightly wavy, brings a vibration to the facade.

We find on the majority of the building the colors "Montblanc 17" (in particular for the Moucharabieh brick plates), but also "Montgris 4" and "Montgris 5" from the Engobe range.

It is an “all in light” aspect which was sought by the architects, like the large bay windows on the facade. The Podeliha seat has white notes, mostly and gray.

This project is the result of two and a half years of collaboration between the architecture firm Rolland et Associés and Rairies Montrieux. The Delta has become an emblematic project for the company because it is their largest facing brickwork project in Angers.
