Since the September 2018 reform, the learning environment has undergone unprecedented change. The field of vocational training has undergone profound changes and training organizations that offer work-study training must adapt their mode of operation and their organization in order to sustain their activity and pursue their development.
It is to support them as closely as possible to their needs, on their territory, that the CCCA-BTP created the Learning Club BTP, to make collective intelligence an accelerator of performance and development of the activity of construction training, by facilitating the operational implementation of their strategic choices.
Make collective intelligence an accelerator of development and attractiveness
It is within the framework of its new service offer that the CCCA-BTP created the BTP Apprenticeship Club, accessible free of charge to all organizations mainly offering training in the construction industry.
By joining, the training organizations for construction trades join a group of actors brought together by a community of interest, a community of trades and expertise. They thus engage in a common approach of strategic and prospective reflection, production of content, experimentation of projects and innovations between peers.
The objective of the BTP Apprenticeship Club is to enable its members to work collectively, benefiting from the expertise of the CCCA-BTP, to reflect and clarify the strategic choices, with regard to their market and their territory, to invest new fields of development in terms of offers and training actions, to gain in agility in their organization and conduct of their activity, but also to be able to experiment on a full-scale basis with new projects and services, for the benefit of construction companies and young people in training.

Facilitate and encourage “doing together”, through three areas of enhanced cooperation
The BTP Apprenticeship Club offers three areas of enhanced cooperation, in which BTP training organizations can participate, according to their needs and their projects.
Space "Strategic management and operational performance", to share its vision, its orientation or its strategic positioning, adapt to its practices and to the new challenges of its environment, lead the necessary changes, define indicators of success or facilitate the creative dynamics of its teams.
"Educational quality" space, to work on the establishment and development of a new training offer (diplomas, professional titles, etc.), the development of educational engineering (educational digital, face-to-face techniques training, construction of training courses, certification engineering), but also the identification of actions to increase the skills of trainers.
“Attractiveness and innovation” space, to anticipate trends and developments in its market, capture weak signals, act on its territory, initiate an open and collaborative innovation process and experiment with projects.
Facilitate and promote cooperation: values of sharing and performance
The member construction training organizations undertake to exchange information and experiences with one another, in complete transparency, to actively participate in the collegiality of the work carried out during the meetings organized, to jointly develop content on the themes selected and to share the results obtained. with the other members of the BTP Apprenticeship Club.
The CCCA-BTP, facilitator and source of expertise
In order to carry out their work, the training organizations that are members of the BTP Apprenticeship Club will be able to rely on the CCCA-BTP, which will provide its expertise on each theme proposed and chosen by the members. It will also provide technical support for the animation of the three areas of enhanced cooperation, in particular by providing dedicated information and by offering specific monitoring of cooperation themes. The CCCA-BTP will also offer privileged access to dedicated events (workshops, thematic meetings, universities, etc.), face-to-face or remotely, to promote the work carried out and its results.
