This unique tool, designed in close collaboration with promoters and more than thirty service providers (building insurance brokers, energy suppliers, lift operators, cleaning and maintenance companies for green spaces, etc.) , is now available for promoters as part of the NF Habitat certification, for operations located in Ile-de-France, initially.

This exercise, relatively simple on insurance or energy supply services, turns out clearly more subtle as soon as the services affect the intervention of teams on the residence. How does the condominium charges calculator work?

In fact, the property developer has the possibility of connecting via the customer portal of CERQUAL Qualitel Certification to QUALICHARGES which is a dedicated platform developed by MEILLEURECOPRO. It then suffices to fill in operational data relating to the new program, with reference to the building permit and the thermal study.

As soon as the questionnaire is completed, the data is processed by an algorithm which queries the tariffs of the service providers and institutional bodies available.

The budget generated is returned to the promoter in the form of a program sheet, specifying the amount of charge per m² / year, as well as the detail of expenses by item of charges. This budget is based at this stage on an assumption of high service levels.
