The emblematic Bazar de l'Hôtel de Ville (BHV) of Paris will leave the fold of Galeries Lafayette: the group, which has owned it since 1991, has sold the old liner founded in 1856 to a small real estate company of Lyon origin, the Société des Grands Magasins (SGM).
