Groupe Atlantic launches its "Electronic Plan 2024"

European leader in HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning), the ATLANTIC GROUP is experiencing strong growth, which is reflected in an increase in electronic card needs of around 40% by 2024 for all of the Group's brands.

The launch of the "Electronic Plan 2024" materializes GROUPE ATLANTIC's ambition to develop its electronic activity in order to meet the growing needs of its customers in terms of eco-efficient, connected and intelligent solutions, or even the integration of new functions. on the products of its brands.

This strategic investment will enable the Group to increase its production capacities thanks to the opening within the Roche-sur-Yon plant of a 3rd SMT line (Surface Mounted Components) as well as to increase volumes storage of its components and semi-finished products*(+20%). The site's production area will be extended by more than 650 m², the offices of the support and R&D teams by 1 m² as well as the test and qualification laboratory. The work, which began on March 500, will end in March 28.

“This project, which relies on a team of 10 multi-professional employees, will make it possible to maintain and develop the manufacture of electronic cards on our historic site in La Roche-sur-Yon. This plan is fully in line with the Group's desire to establish itself as a major player in decarbonization and well-being in buildings through the development of increasingly eco-efficient and intelligent solutions for heating, ventilation and indoor air quality », says Guillaume Flipo, Director of Operations for the GROUPE ATLANTIC electronics unit.

This project will have a positive impact on employment: it provides for the recruitment of 20 people, whether in manufacturing or R&D.

Equipped with an integrated electronic design office, the Group's Electronics unit can design its own systems, best suited to the uses of its customers, while controlling costs and following the necessary developments to respond quickly to needs. of the market.
