Tec7 launches the first sprayable MS hybrid polymer adhesive SprayTec

A major innovation on the market, the new TEC7 sprayable adhesive uses the latest generation of low viscosity hybrid MS polymers to create an adhesive solution that combines strength, flexibility and increased safety for the user and the environment. A pioneer in adhesive solutions, TEC7 has developed an adhesive that meets the needs of professionals and eliminates the disadvantages of traditional sprayable adhesives. SprayTec is free of phthalates and isocyanates, and contains no solvents, which significantly reduces VOC emissions. This creates a healthier working environment and poses fewer risks to the health of the user.

The first sprayable MS hybrid polymer adhesive TEC7 is also easier to use, more practical and more comfortable on construction sites, thanks to its exceptional qualities:

Repositionable : SprayTec allows easy repositioning during application, which allows time to precisely position your materials before curing and reduces the risk of error. For heavy materials, simply let the glued substrate rest for 30 to 45 minutes before assembly to achieve higher adhesion from the first contact.

Applicable on single side : saving time and product, SprayTec is applied to one side only for maximum efficiency.

Applicable on wet surfaces : Where traditional adhesives require a perfectly dry substrate to adhere, SprayTec ensures perfect bonding even in the presence of moisture. It can therefore be used immediately on exterior applications such as roofing.

0% evaporation, 100% efficiency : Unlike contact adhesives, SprayTec does not evaporate into the air at all. The product is 100% optimized and does not have any adhesive dispersion that could be inhaled by the user.

Resistant to high temperatures :where conventional adhesives withstand maximum temperatures between 75 and 90 °C, Spraytec is resistant and effective up to 150 °C. The bond is durable and reliable, even in high-temperature environments such as flat roofs.
