Tec7 launches new flexible packaging for its products

The new bags, thin, flexible and completely waterproof aluminum packaging, compress completely after use to save up to 90% of waste volume compared to conventional solid cartridges. Available for the majority of products in the range (adhesives and sealing solutions based on MS Hybrid polymer), the bags are as effective as standard solid cartridges. Thanks to their perfectly airtight packaging, they can even be stored for longer: when properly closed, the packaging does not let any air in and the product does not harden prematurely. It thus retains its initial qualities and can be used until the last drop thanks to the compression of the cartridge. Less bulky, the bags are easier to store and their shelf life is identical to standard cartridges.

A new gun and specific adapters for easy, quick and precise use

To be able to adapt to all situations, TEC7 has developed a unique pistol, suitable for both pockets and solid cartridges: the Omnigun. For the pockets, a closed tube and a sealed support ensure perfect support for the flexible cartridge. For solid cartridges, simply insert an additional stamp and that's it! Equipped with an adjustable power transmission wheel, the Omnigun makes it as easy to apply finishing putties as thick glues. TEC7 has even integrated adjustment notches adapted specifically to its 3 major products: TEC7 glue, X-SEAL sealant and X-TACK mounting glue.

A tip and adapter are also provided for clean, tool-free pocket changing. Equipped with 2 blades inside, the adapter opens the bag at the same time as it attaches to the Omnigun, without any risk of the product leaking or overflowing. After use, the tip can simply remain on the pocket and be closed, like a standard cartridge. It can also be remounted onto the next cartridge in use for continuous application.
