Tanagra® sunshade series 017: equipment of the future to support carbon neutrality

Building on this success, Profils Systèmes is further expanding its offering by launching the Tanagra® 017 sunshade, whose variable or fixed angle blades allow the brightness to be modulated. Of course adaptable to the eponymous curtain wall, it can also be perfectly implemented on any type of façade, directly installed on the wall (horizontal or vertical depending on the type of construction), as well as on joinery (for example Cuzco®). As stylish as it is effective for the solar protection of tertiary or residential buildings, this new Profils Systèmes solution helps to optimize energy and natural light inputs, both in summer and winter, thus meeting the requirements of comfort and decarbonization.

Many applications, a wide choice of blades and various accessories

On the Tanagra® façade, the Tanagra® 017 sunshade integrates just as harmoniously as an awning, on a spine or even on the curtain wall frame, to optimize solar management and the comfort of the building.

On independent wall frames and on joinery, it can be installed in fixed mode or with variable angles (up to 45°), thanks to a fixing profile.

Its wide range of blades (rectangular from 50 to 400 mm, “z”, “airplane wings”, curved, straight Factory Spirit®) has the advantage of varying the aesthetic renderings and personalizing each project.

Profils Systèmes also offers various accessories (plates, clamps, end caps, blade supports for variable angle sunshades, stainless steel screws, etc.) that ensure the blades are fixed according to the configuration (in an awning, on a vertical or horizontal structure). These, like the Tanagra® 017 sunshade itself, are available in over 400 exclusive colours and finishes, with a high-durability class 2 lacquering guaranteed for 25 years: Terra Cigala®, with a sanded and granite feel, Terre de Matières® with wood, mineral or metallic effects, and Profils Color®.
