Tactis and the Guadeloupe Region mourned by a plane accident

Long-time traveling companions within the firm, Frédéric Landrin and Julien Garcia were recognized and respected for their professionalism and kindness.

The Tactis teams are deeply upset and united in pain with the Guadeloupe Region.

Their thoughts immediately go to the families and loved ones of the victims and Tactis expresses its most sincere condolences to them.

Tactis knows that this situation is also extremely difficult and painful for all those who worked closely with these colleagues, particularly throughout the overseas territories.

The accident occurred on Friday, December 1, shortly after takeoff of the plane which was carrying the employees assigned to assist the community as part of the audit of the Guadeloupe Numérique (GCN) and Guadeloupe Cable des Iles du submarine cables. South (GCIS) and those of the Region.

Tactis quickly formed a crisis management unit in direct contact with the Guadeloupe Region and the Gendarmerie services to collaborate and monitor the searches hour by hour.

Tactis thanks the emergency services for the deployment of very important resources (boats, helicopter and divers) which made it possible to quickly find and formally identify the plane and its occupants on Saturday evening (metropolitan time).

The consulting firm is in the process of setting up a psychological unit and is organizing the necessary support to best support families as well as its colleagues and all those who need it.

All Tactis employees join in the pain of the families and loved ones of the five passengers and are fully mobilized to face this ordeal.
