Choice, advice, installation of carpentry, SWAO positions itself as a facilitator for the client whom it accompanies from start to finish. This is mainly oriented towards the professional: craftsmen, builders of individual houses. SWAO addresses the needs of first-time buyers as well as the high-end segment. Its standard or made-to-measure doors and windows are designed to fit into new builds and renovations alike. Committed, SWAO defends innovation and the French quality of its products, as demonstrated by the Origine France Garantie labels and the aluminum window label. Swao is also the patron of the Toit à moi association, which defends access to housing for the most disadvantaged people. The brand contributes to the functioning of the association by donating 50 euro cents to the latter for each carpentry sold as well as participation in the renovation of the apartments...
Product Highlights
- Like a "Swiss army knife" of joinery, SWAO covers all exterior joinery needs. To do this, the brand relies on an offer of entrance doors in multiple materials: Steel, Aluminium, Mixed, PVC (interior wood/exterior aluminium) and Wood.
- For a truly complete offer, SWAO also offers coordinated garage doors. On the window side, 3 PVC ranges and the associated rolling shutters (traditional, with adjustable slats, solar) and 2 aluminum (Optimoalu and Discreet opening) make up the catalogue.
- Among its innovations, SWAO is developing its aluminum range Discreet opening in 2022 to gain in clear glazing, design and thermal qualities (presented at the show), a solution that combines the advantages of the visible opening and the hidden opening. This exclusivity optimizes the light supply while offering an aesthetic product. SWAO has also designed an ALU sliding door with an exclusive design baffle and an ergonomic handle.
- Easy to install, it is also fully compatible with I-Secure, the connected home system developed by Swao.

New for 2022
To support the growing needs of the connected products market and respond to questions of comfort and security, SWAO offers I-SECURE. This autonomous and invisible position sensor is integrated in the opening of the carpentry and thus makes it possible to know its position at all times: locked, aerated, ventilated. I-SECURE was developed in partnership with FERCO, manufacturer of fittings and locks, and with Delta Dore.
The sensor is also compatible with the TYDOM box to control access and secure the home remotely.
As of 1/01/2022, a new “Extended Producer Responsibility” (EPR) sector will be created for building construction products and materials. It aims to make issuers on the construction products or materials market responsible for waste management by paying an eco-contribution.
In 2019, CETIH for its SWAO brand signed the voluntary commitment charter for the recycling of end-of-life joinery and is committed to the FERVAM brand (Engaged sector for the Recycling and Valorization of joinery).
This charter aims to promote the good practices necessary to control the quality of collection and treatment of joinery waste, and to inform about the existing means for the most virtuous recovery possible.
