The work, worth €3,20 million, will last just seven months, including the complete renovation of the 7 rooms (including the creation of four rooms on the ground floor), general services, the lobby, and common areas. The work will be carried out in an occupied environment, which, depending on the phases, will allow the hotel to keep approximately 80% of its rooms open, and for general services to ensure the continuity of guest reception and catering services.
