Supervan appoints Salomé Halioua as Chief Operating Officer

Since the launch of its transport and express delivery activity for heavy and bulky products, Supervan has continued to innovate and develop new services. From delivery via a light commercial vehicle to delivery by heavy goods vehicle (XXL Service), via the development of its site materials marketplace (Platform Breek), the start-up works continuously for the future of logistics. Supervan now has nearly 40 employees and more than 500 partner drivers.

Salomé Halioua, the new face of Operations at Supervan

A graduate of the EPF (École Polytechnique Féminine) engineering school in Cachan, Salomé began her career in Orléans in 2016 at Amazon, as Production Manager. She managed the logistics teams and their operation within a warehouse for more than two years. This experience gave him the opportunity to manage the launch of the transport service for a new Amazon warehouse in the Paris region. During this experience, she managed nearly 150 employees (teams 24/24 and 7/7) and the daily transport flows of more than 200 trucks.

In 2020, she joined the Amazon headquarters in Paris and the Sales & Operations Planning team where she specialized in data analysis and planning in order to perform forecasts and optimize delivery flows on the last kilometer. The following year, Salomé joined the European division of AVS (Amazon Vendor Services). She is notably responsible for evaluating and optimizing the efficiency of the supply chain for a portfolio of renowned suppliers (L'Oréal, Revlon, Reckitt and even PRH), and establishing action plans to help them optimize their logistics processes with Amazon.

By joining the Supervan teams, Salomé Halioua will notably have the task of managing and strengthening the staff of the operations team, which currently has 15 employees. As Director of Operations, her objectives will be to guarantee an irreproachable customer and driver experience, and to ensure the optimization of the various internal processes and delivery flows (security, deadlines, etc.).
