Strasbourg airport closed for a month due to works on the runway

At the same time, "work to bring the hold baggage control systems up to standard and reorganize check-in area A" will also be carried out.

The eleven companies serving the airport during this period "were officially informed as of June (2022)," said Ms. Sahl.

Seven companies, such as Air France or Iberia, have decided to suspend their flights, while the other four, including Air Arabia or Turkish Airlines, have moved them to Basel-Mulhouse airport, some hundred kilometers away. , according to the press release.
