According to his lawyers, "he deplores the numerous leaks from the investigation, constituting criminal offenses, giving rise to confusions and untruths which pollute the manifestation of the truth and violate the presumption of his innocence".

The host was summoned on Tuesday to be heard in a free hearing at the Paris central police station, then placed in police custody.
