Stéphane Le Guirriec holds a diploma from the École supérieure de commerce (ESLSCA 1991), legal and tax option, a specialized higher studies diploma in business law (DESS 1992), a jurist diploma business consulting (DJCE 1992, Master 2), a higher education diploma in accounting and finance (DESCF 1995) and a mediator diploma (Institut Catholique de Paris – IFOMENE 2021).
Since 2018, Stéphane Le Guirriec has been president of the Carnot MECD Institute (Materials and Equipment for Sustainable Construction), bringing together Industrial Technical Centers from the construction sectors and reference university laboratories.
Stéphane Le Guirriec held the position of administrative, financial and HR director of the Lexibook group from 2000 to 2010. He joined CERIB in 2010 as general secretary, before serving as deputy general director of organization management from 2012 to 2015 and then as deputy general director since 2016.
Since 2020, he has also been the general director of CTI CD, a subsidiary of CERIB structured as a purchasing and referencing center whose main purpose is the pooling of services and purchases of players in the construction sector, in particular CTI (Technical Centers Industrial) and CPDE (Professional Economic Development Committees), in synergy with the missions of CERIB.
Very involved in the development of the circular economy, Stéphane Le Guirriec is also general director of AGYRE, a hub for accelerating the circular economy in construction created in 2020, national circular economy referent within the CSF IPC (Strategic Committee of the “construction industries” sector).
