Winner of the "Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris" competition in 2017, Parcs en Scène is an ambitious project carried out by Linkcity and CDC Habitat, Bouygues Immobilier and Sogeprom, in partnership with the cities of Orly and Thiais. Parcs en Scène aims to transform a 14-hectare industrial wasteland into a new mixed-use eco-district (housing, offices, shops, green spaces, schools and an eSports facility), designed to offer a pleasant quality of life between city and nature. Bouygues Immobilier will develop 5 residences, or nearly 600 homes.
Bouygues Immobilier's "Insouciance" and "Chardonneret" residences: completion of structural work for one; acquisition of land and start of work for the other.
The apartments will be comfortable and equipped with generous private outdoor spaces (garden, some of which are on the roof, terrace or balcony) for almost all of them, as well as some parking spaces equipped with electric terminals.
In line with the ambitions of the Parcs en Scène eco-district in terms of biodiversity preservation, as part of the "BiodiverCity®Ready" label, nesting boxes and insect hotels will be installed within the "Insouciance" and "Chardonneret" residences. The central garden connecting line 14 to the end of the district will also be closed to car traffic. To reduce their carbon footprint, the residences will be connected to the City's district heating network. Ideally located and meeting the needs of residents in this area, these two residences have had particularly successful commercial launches.

For Mickaël Francisco, Director of the Val-de-Marne – Portes de l'Essonne Agency of Bouygues Immobilier: "These two important steps in the creation of this new neighborhood, with the completion of the structural work on the "Insouciance" project and the acquisition in mid-April and the start of work for the "Chardonneret" project, concretize Bouygues Immobilier's action within this new eco-neighborhood. These first two residences perfectly illustrate our desire to design projects that offer comfortable housing, quality green spaces and infrastructure promoting soft mobility. Designed to meet the needs of families, young professionals and seniors, they offer a harmonious living environment where well-being, conviviality and respect for the environment are at the heart of the design!"
Parks on Stage: an ambitious urban project in the heart of Greater Paris
In the immediate vicinity of the new Pont de Rungis Thiais-Orly station, the new district will be located 12 minutes from Paris and 2 minutes from Orly airport with metro line 14. With 260.000 m2 of floor space (135.000 m2 in Thiais, 125.000 m2 in Orly), the district, located in the immediate vicinity of a Grand Paris Express station, promotes social and functional diversity, through a program combining housing, residences for students and seniors, shops, services and public and private facilities with a local and territorial vocation. Designed with Rogers Stirk Harbour Partners, Tolila-Gilliland (coordinating urban planners) and the landscaper BASE, the district is distinguished by its low-carbon urban planning, with a low environmental impact that takes into account the issues related to climate change. The de-artificialization of the soil, at the heart of the development project, will restore 5,6 hectares of natural surfaces to the 13 hectares initially artificialized, thus increasing the proportion of green spaces to 45% compared to only 5% previously. Thus, nearly 8 hectares of outdoor spaces (parks, gardens, squares, streets and pedestrian alleys) will promote the development of biodiversity and the management of rainwater through infiltration.
Work on the district began in the second half of 2 and will continue until 2023, with deliveries planned from 2030, including 2026 homes of various types, student residences, a youth hostel and services.
