Socotec opens its capital to its employees in France

While the collective value sharing systems were overhauled in 2022 with the establishment of profit-sharing and a PERECO, SOCOTEC France has decided to strengthen its employee shareholding by opening up its capital.

Oversubscribed at 120%, the capital increase reserved for them allowed 40% of SOCOTEC France employees to acquire a stake in their company and thus confirm their confidence in the Group's trajectory.

SOCOTEC responds to the challenges of value sharing and continues its commitment to developing the best Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in its sector.

Oversubscribed at 120%, the capital increase reserved for them allowed 40% of them to acquire a stake in the company and thus confirm their confidence in the trajectory of our Group. Beyond France, this large-scale operation will increase the proportion of employee shareholders of the Group from 6% to 25% throughout the world. Given the success achieved, the extension of this system to other key countries is being studied in order to involve as many people as possible in the performance of the SOCOTEC Group. »
