Simop structures its offer by creating a unit dedicated to custom lifting

This Lifting Unit, now in place, has the mission of supporting design offices, installers and users in the design and implementation of reliable, efficient technical solutions that are perfectly adapted to the constraints of each site.

For over 35 years, SIMOP has been designing lifting stations in polyethylene (PE) and reinforced polyester (GRP). Drawing on this experience, the company relies on two production sites in mainland France to manufacture its tanks using two mastered industrial processes: Rotational molding, ideal for standard PE stations (Ø 1000 and 1300 mm), recognized for its robustness, reliability and ease of implementation.

Filament winding, intended for custom configurations in GRP, which allows great freedom of design to meet projects with complex technical requirements (Ø 1000 to 2300 mm).

These two complementary areas of expertise allow SIMOP to respond to both standard requests and specific projects, with a high level of quality and customization.

The Lifting Unit: a service dedicated to listening to projects

The creation of the Lifting Unit responds to a concrete need: to offer comprehensive technical support, adapting to the challenges and constraints specific to each project. Upon receipt of the request (email, form or call for tender), the unit analyzes the attached technical documents (CCTP, plans, specific constraints).

It then carries out a complete technical study, including:

• The execution document
• The operating point of the pumps
• A calculation note for pressure losses and pump operating points

The client receives a detailed technical file with:

• Description of the pumping station
• A personalized quote
• An installation sheet
• The presentation of the range
• The commissioning quote

Finally, SIMOP technical sales representatives provide site monitoring and technical assistance, in direct contact with the lifting unit.

Tailor-made, reliable and sustainable solutions

SIMOP offers a complete range of lifting stations, available with or without a valve chamber, including:

• PE posts: Ø 1000 and 1300 mm
• PRV posts: Ø 1000, 1300, 1600, 1900, 2300 mm

Each position can be equipped according to needs:

• PVC check valves and valves for gluing or cast iron with counter-flange
• 1 or 2 pumps on base feet with guide bars (flow rates from 5 to 200 m³/h)
• Technical options: stainless steel screen, anti-fall bars, jib crane (150 or 300 kg), 304 or 316L stainless steel pipe, overflow, additional inlets, lighting, agitator, PVC rotating flange, valve chamber, pressure gauge, etc.

For level regulation and pump control, three systems are available:

• By floats
• By piezometric probe
• By radar probe

SIMOP also offers a complete range of electrical cabinets, from simple wall-mounted models to standard or custom-made boxes, incorporating numerous protection, management and remote management options.

Support until commissioning… and beyond

The commissioning and maintenance of SIMOP pumping stations are carried out by an approved partner, guaranteeing optimal start-up and long-term monitoring. This approach allows SIMOP to offer a turnkey solution, combining hydraulic efficiency, durability, and cost optimization (thanks to the careful selection of the equipment actually needed).
