Action Logement, CDC Habitat, CAPEB and FFB have jointly signed a charter to accelerate the relaunch in a dynamic purchasing process in the service of the local economy. This charter, in line with the recent recommendations of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery on public procurement, sets out recommendations and good contractual practices, while respecting the concerns of all parties.
