The specialist in flexible materials used in architecture SergeFerrari saw its turnover jump in the first quarter, thus reaping the benefits of two major acquisitions made last year.
The group based in Saint-Jean-de-Soudain (Isère) invoiced over these three months for 64,0 million euros of services, or 50,7% more than a year earlier, according to a press release.
At constant data, activity is still progressing by a robust 15,7%.
For the remainder of the year, SergeFerrari continues to focus on the integration of its new German and Taiwanese subsidiaries, in particular with the transfer of activities from the Swiss Eglisau plant to the Krefeld site in Germany, which should be effective by the end of the year.
