SEGRO Center Paris Les Gobelins is another way of thinking, designing and building an urban logistics hotel. Because SEGRO invests and transforms a site in the heart of the city rather than on the outskirts. Because this same site benefits from an exceptional storage authorization (ICPE): it is the last of this type, issued in Paris. Because the platform extends over an extraordinary space of 75.000 m². Because SEGRO works with the best technologies for sustainable construction and the best in monitoring. Finally, because this project encourages soft mobility, in particular by creating a ramp and lanes dedicated to cargo bikes. So many specificities, brought together in the same project, which make the SEGRO Center Paris Les Gobelins, the first urban logistics hotel “generating links” with our customers, with the actors of a Parisian district, to develop local economic life, in respecting ecological issues.

Less pollution and optimization of flows

From 2025, the year it begins operation, this urban logistics hotel will generate fewer trucks in the city, less pollution, less noise, less nuisance when it is necessary to deliver, manage and store incoming flows as outgoing flows.

Decarbonization of last mile delivery and optimization of traffic also give meaning to this project and are the very essence of the SEGRO Center Paris Les Gobelins.
