Sebach opens a new agency in Buc in Yvelines

Construction sites, sporting events, festivals, local festivals, weddings or other events – public or private – with large crowds, the agency will offer a variety of mobile sanitary facilities for hire (toilet cabins, base camps, hand basins, shower cabins, construction site trailers and other VIP caravans), accompanied by a tailor-made maintenance service.

A response to the hygiene needs of the Paris region

This new agency will consolidate a network already firmly established in Île-de-France with agencies in Domont (Val-d'Oise) and Gretz-Armainvilliers (Seine-et-Marne). It will meet the strong demand in the western Paris area, with the support of a team of 10 employees. Five new hires are also underway, particularly for operator, accountant and supervisor positions.

Currently achieving 20% ​​of its market share in Île-de-France, Sebach wants to increase its activity in the region by providing communities, construction and event industry players with innovative and easily deployable solutions. And for good reason, with more than 600 festivals organized each year and some 46.000 construction sites in progress – particularly as part of the “Grand Paris” project – access to health solutions is a major issue to ensure the comfort, well-being and health of hundreds of thousands of festival-goers and construction professionals.

To do this, the establishment has a large fleet of mobile sanitary solutions intended to be deployed on all types of construction sites or large-scale events, such as the international competition that will be held this summer in France. Among these, innovations and flagship products such as the Top San® No Touch autonomous cabin or the Lapee female urinal make it possible to meet a wide range of needs.

A territorial network to reduce environmental impact

The opening of this new agency is fully in line with the company's development strategy in France – following its acquisition by the German group TOI TOI in spring 2022. This will involve structuring and increasing its network of agencies and its workforce by 30% by 2025. By the end of 2024, the opening of 4 other agencies in France has been confirmed. An increased territorial network that also allows the company to strengthen its historic commitment to the environment, formalized in 2012 in its Charter of Commitments for Sustainable Development. Sebach provides its customers with a local service – limiting the carbon footprint due to transport – and a comprehensive service: from upstream advice to create the sanitary area best suited to the site, to the installation, maintenance and removal of the mobile toilets at the end of the rental period.
