Alongside Claire Febvret, Jean-Pierre Keusch joined the team at the beginning of April as Development Project Manager. This newly created position responds to a growing need for human resources for the design office, which manages numerous new product projects. “IA few years ago, there was no design office in France, everything was done from Switzerland. Today, the group's desire is to create a local development entity, specializing in products made on the Thanvillé site, to innovate, stand out and respond to the growing demand from prescribers. We are still planning at least two additional hires in our department to achieve our objectives» explains Jean-Pierre Keusch, who will ultimately be the local contact for non-standard requests, normative developments, modifications during the life of products, etc.
On the industrial side, Mathieu Stemmelen also joined the team at the beginning of April as Industrialization and Quality Manager. Alongside the site director, Christian Ostermann, there are now four of them, including an apprentice, in this department. The development of new products and their industrialization increases the burden of industrialization proportionally. Whether for new products or existing ones, Mathieu Stemmelen ensures compliance with specifications and requirements of quality, costs and deadlines. “On a daily basis, we provide expertise in industrial production and provide all the necessary means: production, tools, templates, machines, processes, logistical flows, as well as working conditions.he explains.
Regarding support functions, the administrative and finance department welcomed Aline Biehler-Willm as an accountant at the beginning of May. His arrival responds to a need to strengthen the accounting team, which now numbers three people. This service is gradually being structured under the leadership of Jean-Christophe Deiss, Administrative and Financial Director who arrived last year. “My missions are global and cover all accounting functions for the monitoring of all accounting» specifies Aline.
The sales department now has eight people with the hiring of Clémentine Boulogne in early March 2024. As a new sales assistant, Clémentine joined the team to better serve and expand the customer base, while improving support to ensure customer satisfaction. maximum customer.

Clémentine is responsible for the proper management of files and helps salespeople maintain a solid relationship with their customers. Finally, the marketing communications department was expanded with the arrival last March of Marzena Cuber as marketing assistant. This bilingual French-German communicator is also in charge of communications for the EHRET brand, which joined the Schenker Storen group in 2011, in addition to that of Schenker Stores. Its role thus extends to the Group's communication, which consequently grows and develops. Its missions are varied, ranging from the creation of new brochures to the management of social networks (LinkedIn and Facebook), including the organization of photo shoots. She supports Philippe Gertz, Marketing and Communication Manager Schenker Stores France and EHRET in the creation and implementation of all marketing tools and plans. “My arrival responds to the need to strengthen teams, in particular to strengthen the communications department.
