Located on the vast wasteland of the General Stores and the Niel barracks, on the banks of the Garonne in the Bastide district, DARWIN is an alternative Bordeaux hotspot geared towards responsible economic development. Partially rehabilitated at the instigation of a private project manager, this area of nearly 20 m² is made up of buildings dating from the 000th century which host a multitude of activities.
