Already adopted by seven major French carpentry brands, it plans to reach 1.300 within 3 years to cover the whole of France.

Based on the observation that customer relationship management is poorly structured in France between manufacturers and installers,
Charles Pellé, former sales director at Cetih, founded Revel'Home in June 2020: a platform that simplifies and structures the customer journey for carpentry work.

After discussions with Revel'Home, he signs an approved installer charter and undertakes to follow the warranty requirements promised to customers by the platform. Through a subscription, he has a secure web application to help him structure his customer relationship with various tools:

3 times more installers at the end of 2022 and 1.300 by 2025
Structuring the customer journey requires linking installers and manufacturers throughout the country to ultimately meet the promise of local work services.
The company is only in its infancy but is giving itself the means to achieve its ambitions.
With 126 approved installers referenced to date, including 30 platform subscribers, Revel'Home intends to increase their number by the end of the year and reach 1.300 in the first quarter of 2025.
On the manufacturer side, Revel'Home references the products of six major French joinery brands: Cetal, Novoferm, Picard Serrures, Soprofen, Volpro and Zilten. It covers a large part of the demand for carpentry equipment: entrance doors, garage doors, gates, windows, shutters, i.e. more than 500 references.
Since going online, Revel'Home has already received more than 1.000 requests from individuals, including 300 leads sent to installers for 110 validated quotes for an average basket of €5.000.
A platform that anticipates the needs of digitization in the construction industry
The platform's potential for influence in the field of renovation work very quickly attracted investors. Incubated the first year by Novapuls, the Nantes start-up is a winner of the Réseau Entreprendre Nantes. Loans, then a first fundraising from business angels, for an amount of €210.000 in 2022, allow Revel'Home to develop and structure itself.

Today 30% of professionals are ready for digital. But within three years, 75% of the active population will be those who will do everything with their thumbs and the world of construction will also have to appeal to the younger generations. »
Also on the program, the deployment of a second version of its professional application including more features and a version available on tablets & mobiles. Also, a proposal of the white label solution for brands or manufacturers.
Revel'Home is aiming for 1 million euros in turnover for 2024.
