Renewal of the partnership between the High Council of Notaries and the State Real Estate Department

This renewal signed on May 11 by David AMBROSIANO, president of the CSN and Alain RESPLANDY-BERNARD, Director of State real estate, was concluded for a period of 4 years. It is part of the 1st Convention of Notarial Objectives for the period 2021-2024, signed on October 8, 2020 between the CSN and the State represented by the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Recovery and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy, Finance and Recovery, in charge of Public Accounts.

This partnership between the CSN and the State Real Estate Department confirms their common commitment to a process of trust and quality for the benefit of the acts carried out by the State owner. The State Real Estate Department and the Higher Council of Notaries thus wish to strengthen the collaboration between notaries and the services of the Domain to respond to the following issues:

• Identify and select partner notarial offices at the national level and in conjunction with local bodies of the profession (Regional Councils & Interdepartmental Chambers of Notaries),
• Facilitate the access of the local services of the Domain to the notaries identified at the local level,
• Clarify the reciprocal obligations of the parties involved,
• Contribute to a better circulation of information between the State services and the notaries in charge of the files,
• Reduce the processing time of files and guarantee a high quality requirement for the drafting of deeds.

The choice of notaries who will intervene will be made in a transparent manner, in coordination between the notarial bodies and the services of the State Real Estate Department at the local level, in strict compliance with State procedures.
