Faced with increasing urbanization and the difficulty of combining rapid and qualitative work, the off-site construction method is an innovative solution. Off-site construction is one of the levers of the construction industry, of which we are part, to improve the quality of construction and also control construction costs. Today, this represents 10% of projects in France.

This method responds to the new economic, social and environmental challenges of the Building sector. By prefabricating the elements of future constructions in a factory or workshop, the environmental impact of the sector decreases without affecting productivity. Prefabrication promotes the speed and efficiency of construction sites.
