Rehau inaugurates its cutting-edge training center for technological buildings

The REHAU BT Training Center covers an area of ​​200 m2, including two separate spaces. A meeting room dedicated to the theoretical part and a training room specially equipped for the implementation of REHAU solutions such as RAUTHERM multi, RAUTOP, RAUTHERM Speed ​​RENOVA, dehumidifiers and high-performance radiant air conditioning.

The first training courses began on January 15, with a sustained pace of two training courses per week. Each session will welcome up to 10 installers, thus totaling more than 1000 trained professionals in 2024. The sessions take place in pairs, with a REHAU brand spokesperson providing the theoretical part and a REHAU sales representative for the practical part. In total, 15 trainers/salespeople will be mobilized to ensure the quality of the training.

REHAU adapts to the expectations and needs of its customers, installers, businesses, etc. by offering different levels of skills: “discovery”, “intermediate” and “expert”.

At the end of each training course, installers will take a multiple choice test to validate their level and will receive a certificate accordingly.

It is in a spirit of teamwork and complicity that the salesperson and his clients interact during this training day. In fact, the salesperson knows the needs and challenges of his customers/installers in the field well, so he can quickly guide them in the right direction and find solutions that fully meet their expectations.

Training, a priority for REHAU

The training is covered by theme according to the types of solutions (DHW, heating, high-performance radiant air conditioning, etc.) and takes place in three phases:

The morning will be based on technical training. Salespeople will be able to listen to expert advice from trainers while watching installation videos of the different solutions.

After a lunch break, in a spirit of conviviality and discussion, the day continues with the practical part in the training room, with workshops on the implementation of heating systems, distribution of domestic hot water, etc.

This space is also an opportunity for participants to attend product resistance and performance tests, with particular emphasis on the RAUTHERM tube, floor and ceiling emitter systems, heating and cooling and radiant air conditioning.

This last part of the training ensures a complete understanding and optimal implementation of REHAU solutions.
