Rehabilitation of the Customs town in Mons-en-Barœul (59)

On this site, it was a matter of thermally insulating from the outside this apartment building with its very atypical stepped facade (recess breaking the continuity of a profile). These rather distinct breaks mark the alternation between our color facings "Pure white" (RAL 9010) and "Gray aluminum" (RAL 9007). The choice of these 2 alternating colors gives a very graphic aesthetic to the whole, similar to a giant checkerboard. The thinness of the Myral solution made it possible to optimize the heat treatment of this building, in particular on the cusp returns which were treated with M62 cladding (R = 2,65 m².K / W).

Aesthetic lifting + optimal thermal comfort… The Customs City of Mons-en-Barœul has given itself a real second youth, to the delight of its inhabitants!
