Resulting from the spin-offs of Space Research, Réflex'Sol® fabrics are made up of metallized mylar ribbons inserted into a mesh of woven polyester threads. The metallized side reflects solar radiation outside and therefore prevents the glass rooms from heating up.
Tested in the ADEIMA research center, Réflex'Sol® reflective interior blinds protect better from heat than any exterior sun protection, without being subject to bad weather and thus make a veranda habitable and comfortable all year round.
Also, in accordance with the various thermal regulations which impose energy consumption lower than a reference consumption, a temperature in summer in buildings lower than a reference temperature, Réflex'Sol® fabrics offer solar protection for summer limiting the use of air conditioning.
As the veranda market evolves towards real architectural living spaces, Réflex'Sol® blinds adapt to these new architectures. More and more veranda manufacturers are offering flat roof canopies with a glazed dome.
Specially designed for this new type of veranda, Evada® or Solaria® blinds slide horizontally on powder-coated rails in the colors of the joinery. These blinds are easily operated using a launcher or a motor.
The integration of these blinds is facilitated by the choice of materials and colors offered in a wide range of solid and printed shades.
