While in France, 100.000 tonnes of expanded polystyrene (EPS) are used per year for various purposes, only a third is recycled. Based on this observation and knowing the specific advantages of this insulating material, Rector, a specialist in prefabricated concrete that develops sustainable innovations for low-carbon construction sites, is launching the first recycled polystyrene interjoists on the market for low floors: Rectosten rEPS.
