Compensation trends
If we believe the objectives of the 2024 budget set by the government, as well as the intentions of the majors and ETIs to rebalance their markets, the volume of recruitment of professionals for total or partial renovation work should continue to rise. Salary increases will therefore certainly be more contained among general construction companies and significantly more marked among professionals in open construction, wood and metal construction as well as VRDs.

This remuneration study was developed using a national panel made up of nearly 2.000 candidates and clients.
