The FFB is committed to meeting the challenges of the ecological transition by putting online “Site meeting”, a web-series which provides an educational deciphering of the objectives and impacts of RE 2020 for craftsmen and entrepreneurs.
Applicable from January 1, 2022 for new residential, environmental regulations are a major issue for the next ten years.
Six episodes, available on the FFB YouTube channel address the following topics in a very educational way:
- The basics of RE 2020;
- Energy performance;
- Reducing carbon emissions;
- Summer comfort;
- The main stages from design to completion of the site;
- The RE 2020 in practice.
The FFB will complete its support with a technical educational guide, reserved for its members, as well as the organization of information meetings as close as possible to the field.
For Olivier SALLERON, president of the FFB: “The RE2020 is the major challenge of the next few years for new construction. We have a central role to play to succeed in this challenge while controlling costs. The FFB is there to support building professionals in order to better understand this new regulation and together achieve the ecological transition of our sector. "
