Qualitel 2024 endowment fund: here we go!

This year again, the meeting is given to these associations, project leaders and non-profit organizations, all citizens and enthusiasts. A new call for applications is launched today: from now until July 15, everyone is invited to present their application via a dedicated platform.

At the end of 2024, an overall financial envelope exceeding €210.000 will be distributed among the different winners selected by the Endowment Fund Jury. A valuable boost to help bring these virtuous projects to fruition and thus contribute to improving the housing conditions of disadvantaged people.

Launch of the call for projects from the QUALITEL Endowment Fund

For his 13^rd edition, the QUALITEL Endowment Fund, with the support of 11 patron partners, is launching a new call for projects. Applications can be submitted between Tuesday May 2 and Monday July 15.

All non-profit organizations, eligible for sponsorship and whose action is carried out on French territory, can apply¹. Their project must be of general interest, present a social or scientific character and respond to a social need that is little or badly satisfied by the existing aid and support systems. It must also fit into one of the following categories:

• Accommodation: offer sustainable housing solutions, fight against fuel poverty and promote quality housing.
• Support and education: training in eco-friendly practices and controlling energy consumption, promoting integration and access to rights, raising awareness of health, hygiene and domestic risks.
• Research: improve energy performance, thermal and acoustic comfort, improve air quality in installations and prevent fire risks, promote sustainable materials and renewable energies.
• Digital: put new technologies at the service of housing, train in new uses, develop applications and platforms for solidarity services.

At the end of the year, a global endowment of more than €210.000 will be shared between some thirty projects.

The QUALITEL Endowment Fund has benefited, for several years, from the support of patron partners, all committed to fighting poor housing. These partners will each select one or more initiatives through special prices:

• The subsidiaries of the QUALITEL Association, for decent and quality housing: CERQUAL Qualitel Certification, QIOS, QUALITEL Solutions and QUALITEL Formation;
• ROCKWOOL France, to fight against substandard housing and all forms of discrimination.
• For the first time this year, ENGIE, in favor of renovation and smart technologies linked to the issues of awareness and support
• FASE, in connection with electrical safety;
• Pierre Étoile, for access to housing and the improvement of living conditions;
• QUALIBAT, for reuse in home improvement;
• BNP Paribas Immobilier, on the themes of integration and the environment;
• The Federation of Elevators, for the accessibility of housing.
