Reduced audience at the Élysée for the Heritage Days this weekend

The Élysée has not indicated whether the president will welcome the public, as he did at the start of his five-year term.

Visitors will be divided into time slots (125 per half hour), from 8:00 a.m. to 17:30 p.m., with compulsory mask and hydroalcoholic gel dispensers due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Craftsmen specializing in heritage trades will be present as well as the orchestra of the Republican Guard.

The Presidency will also organize a 360 ° virtual visit to allow as many people as possible to discover this historic site.

Twelve photographers from the main press agencies who follow the President of the Republic will exhibit their work around the theme "Views of the Elysee". The most popular photograph will receive the Audience Award.

As every year since the start of the five-year term, a pop-up shop will sell products stamped with the Elysée and made in France (mugs, stripes, pétanque balls, key rings, scented candles, etc.). The profits help finance the renovation of the Palais, underlines the Élysée.
