The significant increase in the figures collected in 2024 proves that customer experience is more than ever at the heart of companies' strategy. Thus, the overall average score reaches 4,28 in 2024 (compared to 4,17 in 2023), a significant increase of 0,11 points. In addition, the response rate to reviews climbs to 60%, marking a clear improvement compared to the 52% recorded the previous year.
A key barometer for brands and consumers
Created in 2022, the VASANO “Best Rated Brand on Google Award” has become the annual event for analyzing the performance of distributors and networks. This ranking provides a unique perspective on the commitment of brands in their customer relations. The 2024 edition highlights the brands that have maintained or improved their excellence. While some confirm their leadership position, others stand out by shaking up the rankings in their respective categories.
VASANO has enriched this edition by introducing 2 new sectors (catering, sports equipment) and 4 new categories (automobile distribution, fast food, traditional catering, sports stores) offering an even more complete panorama of customer satisfaction.
Without completely reshuffling the cards, the 2024 edition welcomes the arrival of these new players and confirms the performance of many networks to be discovered in detail below:

1- Average score criterion: Only networks that have obtained an average score higher than 4 can be designated winners in their category. If no brand reaches this threshold, no winner will be designated.
2- Management of ties: Due to the margin of uncertainty linked to the composition of the networks during the year (openings, closures, changes of sign, obsolete files, etc.) and possible adjustments to the opinions (deletion or modification of opinions during the closing period of the statements), the following conditions apply to decide between the networks in the event of a tie: a. The average scores will be calculated to 2 decimal places. b. A tie is observed if the difference in the average score between several networks is less than 0,5%. Example: A network with an average score of 4,52 will be considered tied with a network with an average score of 4,54. c. In this case, the winner will be the network that received the greatest number of opinions during the year, but only if this network received at least 10% more opinions than its tied partner(s).
3- There is only one winner per sector of activity.
