While the objectives remain the same - raising awareness and informing company managers, their employees, apprentices and temporary workers about occupational risks in the construction industry and the means to protect themselves against them - Prevention Week is based on a more flexible, including a variety of choices in schedules, content (adapted to business leaders / supervisors or employees) and themes:
- Workers overhead sign
- Road risk
- Dust and chemical risk
- Home health / safety on site and at the workplace
- Manual handling and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
Prevention action in its own right, Prevention Week is fully in line with the company's prevention approach. It is an opportunity for each business manager to unite their teams and for the FFB and its partners to promote the prevention of occupational risks.
It is organized by the FFB and its historical partners, the OPPBTP (Professional organization for the prevention of building and public works), SIST BTP (Inter-company services for occupational health in the building and public works) and Health Insurance - Occupational risks.
