"At the time of choice, we cannot omit the importance and relevance of the measures taken under Emmanuel Macron's five-year term to support companies in the health crisis", affirms in a press release the third representative employers' organization, citing in particular emergency measures such as loans guaranteed by the State (PGE) and the solidarity fund.
It also welcomes the plan for the self-employed adopted by the majority in place, which notably extended the protection of the personal assets of the entrepreneur in the event of default.
For the candidate of the National Rally, the U2P, which brings together 3 million members, welcomes "the place given (...) to the smallest companies in its program". But she warns: "there is reason to worry about the budgetary seriousness" of its program "and the risks incurred by the French economy".
Above all, the organization calls on its members to "assert their priorities as business leaders" in their vote on April 24, and in this sense asked the two candidates to "specify their commitments to small businesses".
When the president-candidate intends to relaunch a pension reform, he must express "a clear position when it comes to his recognition of the role of the social partners and of social democracy", considers in particular the U2P.
The employers' organization particularly wants small businesses to be better represented in professional branches, via a reform of the calculation of this representativeness, and continued support for apprenticeships.
