This partnership enables optimized management of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems, integrated into Polynhome's interoperable ecosystem, in order to improve energy efficiency.
Two companies for a common vision: energy optimization
Polynhome, which is revolutionizing the way we interact with our living spaces and making smart buildings simple to deploy and maintain, is partnering with Airzone, a leading manufacturer of heating and air conditioning control systems, with the aim of optimizing energy use to avoid waste and improve living comfort.
Commercial and residential buildings are among the largest consumers of energy, after industry, and represent up to a quarter of greenhouse gas emissions in Europe. Adopting Polynhome means embarking on the latest technologies to transform the way we operate our living and working spaces as well as our dependence on the cloud in order to massively reduce our energy footprint.
The Polynhome connected management system covers more than 80% of uses (lighting, openings, air quality, etc.) associated with the life of buildings, including HVAC, and enables monitoring of energy consumption and the intelligent use of renewable energies.
For its part, Airzone provides its expertise in heating and air conditioning control. With over 25 years of collaboration with the main HVAC manufacturers on the market, the company offers interoperable, reliable, multi-technology and multi-protocol solutions.
Airzone offers a range of solutions, Aidoo, for integrating heating and air conditioning units. Thanks to a device from this range, which transforms HVAC units into Zigbee devices, the Polynhome ecosystem can thus integrate these units into the overall energy management of a home or building.
Complementarity for integrated HVAC management in building management
The integration of Airzone solutions into the complete Polynhome offer allows installers and users to concentrate their connectivity experience in a single App, whether it is automatic programming in less than 10 minutes, use or maintenance. HVAC management is thus integrated into a global building management with a consolidated overview.
With a single gesture or automatically, it is possible to regulate the air conditioning according to needs, lower the shutters, turn off the lights, or even send a notification to predefined users when the set value is exceeded.
The values of quality, reliability and performance, common to both companies, ensure the sustainability of the installations.
For Pierre Charles, founder of Polynhome: "Airzone is a remarkable catalyst for managing multi-brand HVAC systems as close as possible to the installations. Heating and air conditioning are the main contributors to our energy footprint! Joining forces to enable our customers to manage all building functions from a single, efficient, simple and scalable interface in order to optimize their energy footprint and comfort was an obvious choice. All Made in Europe."
For Antonio Calvo, Director of Cooperative Development at Airzone: "Our partnership with Polynhome allows us to take a key step towards our goal of improving energy efficiency in a growing number of buildings. Thanks to this integration, our customers will benefit from a simple to install, intuitive and optimized solution for the energy management of their buildings."
